PANTONE. Tendencias Primavera-Verano 2013

Ya está aquí la primavera y el verano está en la mente de todas. Como cada temporada Pantone nos guía por el universo de color que ha desfilado por las pasarelas. 

La nueva paleta de la temporada primavera 2013, según Leatrice Eisemam, directora ejecutiva de esta institución, hace énfasis en volver a revitalizar y dar energía. Pantone ha acertado con nuevas tonalidades que transmiten equilibrio; se complementan gracias a una gama de colores naturales que se fusionan con tonos neutros pastel un poco más atrevidos y llamativos que en temporadas anteriores.

Spring is here and summer is on the minds of all. Like every season Pantone guides us through the world of color that has paraded down the catwalks.

The new palette of spring 2013 season, according to Leatrice Eisemam, executive director of this institution, emphasizes revitalize and re-energize. Pantone has been successful with new shades that convey balance, are complemented by a range of natural colors with neutral tones blend cake a little more daring and flashy than in previous seasons.

DUSK BLUE

Este color nos evoca el atardecer y el mar, un color neutro que os da un toque de calma y serenidad. Este azul con un toque grisáceo favorece a morenas y rubias. Marc Jacobs o Elie Saab son algunos de los diseñadores que han apostado por él en sus colecciones de esta temporada.

Azul Atardecer - Dusk Blue

EMERALD GREEN

Sin duda alguna el vibrante Emerald es el color estrella de esta primavera/verano tanto en moda como decoración. A mi me encantan los tonos oscuros y he optado por crear un set acorde a mis gustos pero en sus versiones más suaves es simplemente perfecto también. Podemos combinarlo con azules, rojos, naranjas, rosas... y negro!! Valentino, Burberry y Michael Kors sacan todo su potencial en sus respectivas colecciones.

Without a doubt the vibrant Emerald is the  star color this spring/summer both fashion as decoration. I really love dark shades and I chose to create a set according to my tastes but softer versions is just perfect too. We combine it with blue, red, orange, pink ... and black! Valentino, Burberry and Michael Kors draw their full potential in their respective collections.

Esmeralda - Emerald

TENDER SHOOTS

Este verde con un toque de amarillo es alegre, vibrante y vigorizante. La alegría que transmite lo han convertido en un color tendencia en bodas y celebraciones! Rachel Roy, Diane von Furstenberg, Prada, Moschino... entre otros, han sucumbido a este color.

GRAYED JADE

Otro de los colores neutros de esta temporada. El toque gris lo convierte en la base perfecta para combinar con otros colores más vivos como el lavanda. El adjetivo que describe al Grayed Jade es... relax. Visto en las colecciones de Christian Siriano, Peter Som, Oscar de la Renta, Chanel, Carolina Herrera... son tantos los diseñadores que pierdo la cuenta!

LEMON ZEST

Es un amarillo derrocha optimismo, alegría y vida, perfecto para los soleados días estivales. Me encanta cómo combina con gris y, sobre todo!, blanco. Este tono tan picante fue visto en los diseños de Jenny Kayne, Katherine Malandrino y DKNY.

Ralladura de Limón - Lemon Zest

AFRICAN VIOLET

Esta tonalidad morado es un toque exótico en el look de cualquier chica! Me atrevería a combinarlo con el Nectarine... con el Poppy Red... e incluso los 3 juntos!! Las pasarelas de  BCBG MaxAzria, Tadadshi Shoji y Gryphon se han visto iluminadas con este fantástico tono.

Violeta Africano - African Violet

LINEN

Delicadeza y femineidad definen al Linen. Muy similar al Nude es cálido y neutro siendo la base perfecta para combiar con el Monaco Blue, Nectarine y Emerald. En su versión monocromática causa furor en las bodas estivales. Escada, Lela Rose, Jill Stuart y Valentino han realizado prendas maravillosas en este tono.

Lino - Linen

MONACO BLUE

El azul oscuro, en cualquiera de sus variantes, es un color absolutamente veraniego. Pocos colores de la paleta Pantone no combinan a la perfección con el Monaco Blue pero yo apostaré por el tándem con los verdes como el Emerald o el Gayed Jade. Zac Posen, Hervé Léger o Jason Wu lo han mostrado en sus colecciones.

Dark blue, in any of its variations, is a color quite summery. Few Pantone palette colors do not match perfectly with the Monaco Blue but I bet by the tandem with green as the Emerald or Jade Gayed. Zac Posen, Hervé Léger or Jason Wu have shown in their collections.

Poppy Red es un tono de rojo seductor, sensual y festivo. Tanto en vestuario como en complementos o en tu barra de labios no podemos olvidar este rojo enérgico. Victoria Beckham, Diane Von Furstenburg y Tommy Hilfiger vistieron a las modelos con sus creaciones en este tono.

El Tangerine de la temporada invernal deja paso al Nectarine! Un tono de naranja más dulce y sutil que su predecesor. Su toque de coral hace que sea la pareja del Dusk Blue o del Monaco Blue. Destacamos entre todos los diseñadores a Narciso Rodríguez, Bottega Veneta, Tracy Reese y Missoni.
